FAQ
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Taking the next step should feel clear. Here are the practical things worth discussing before a website takes shape.
Who is Brzoza Lab for?
Businesses that want a website that clearly shows what they do, but would rather spend their time running the business than building it themselves. We’re based in Stockholm and can work with businesses in Poland. Tell us what you need and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re a good fit.
Does the preview cost anything?
No. Your homepage preview is free, with no obligation. You get it within 24 hours, every day of the year — Christmas Day included. If you like it, we talk about next steps.
Do we need to book a meeting?
No. A link or a few words about your business is enough to get started. You’re welcome to talk if you want to, but you don’t need to explain everything up front. The preview becomes the starting point.
How do you use AI?
AI is built into how we work. Our own system handles research, design exploration, draft copy and code, so more time goes into getting your website right. Everything is reviewed before it reaches you: business facts are checked, and generated images are never presented as real projects, places or people.
How long does it take?
Your homepage preview arrives within 24 hours. The finished website depends on the number of pages, the features and how quickly content and feedback come in. We set the timeline once you’ve seen the preview and we know what we’re building.
Can you improve our existing website?
Yes. We start with what you already have. Sometimes improving the content and design within the existing setup is enough; sometimes a fresh foundation is better. It depends on the technology, access and what you want to achieve.
Do we need finished copy and photos?
No. We help with structure, draft copy and image selection. You provide accurate information about your business and approve the content. Images and other materials need the right usage rights.
How do we decide what is included?
The preview is the starting point. From there we put together a proposal covering pages, content and features, and scope, responsibilities and terms go into the agreement. New requests are discussed before they’re added.
Can we keep our domain and email?
Usually, yes. We review your current setup and agree access and any transfers before launch. A new website shouldn’t by itself require a new email address.
Who handles hosting and updates?
We settle that before we start: who handles hosting, technical maintenance and content updates. Ongoing help can be part of the arrangement.
Who owns the website, and can we move it?
Ownership, access to accounts and source code, and handover or transfer terms are written into the agreement before work begins. Fonts, images and external services may have their own licences, and we cover those up front.
Can you add booking, more languages or other features?
Yes. We look at the need and the best solution together. Linking to an existing booking service is different from building a booking system, so features and external services are planned before they’re built.
Can you help us appear on Google?
Yes. Every site is built with clear structure, titles, descriptions and readable content, which gives search engines a solid foundation. No one can honestly guarantee rankings or traffic, and we won’t pretend to.
What happens after launch?
You’ll know how the website is put together and who to contact for changes or technical questions. Handover and ongoing help are set out in the agreement.
